About the Role:
The successful applicant will be a highly organised and efficient team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and promote the school in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited too;

  • Manage the school events schedule, coordinating special events such as Award Ceremonies, Graduation, and Open Days.
  • Plan and deliver creative strategies for events and enrolment campaigns by consulting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with management to implement and update the marketing portfolio, including the school magazine, newsletters, and sponsorship agreements.
  • Identify and cultivate sponsorship opportunities, developing and maintaining positive relationships with sponsors.
  • Foster strong relationships with staff and students, ensuring positive outcomes through communication and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and industry groups to promote the school and enhance its visibility.
  • Organise community-focused events with the P&C Association, including International Women's Day Breakfast, Mother's Day, and Father's Day celebrations.
  • Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of marketing resources and equipment, adhering to government guidelines and departmental policies.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring proper application of school funds and compliance with purchasing processes.
  • Draft, write, edit, and publish communications, including newsletters, brochures, school magazines, flyers, and prospectuses.
  • Lead the coordination of annual school photography for staff, students, and facilities.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of communication strategies using a range of media to promote the school.
  • Ensure all digital marketing content meets quality standards and aligns with the school's visual identity guidelines.
