- Linking strategy to increased quality enrolment
- Implementing the school's marketing and communication strategies
- Manage the school's brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Oversee website content, social media, and publications
- Coordinate enrolment promotion and school events
- Liaise with media and external providers as required
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives & build recognised 'brand' of school
- Developing high-quality written and digital communications
- Working collaboratively with the Principal and leadership team
- Seeking & promoting good news stories

About you:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications or a related field
- Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills
- Experience managing digital platforms and social media
- Understanding of branding, enrolment marketing, and community engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school or public-sector environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Queensland state school contexts is desirable.
