Mt Maria College, North Brisbane’s first Catholic Co-Educational College, was established in 1978. As a member of Marist Schools Australia, our educational philosophy is based on the teachings of St Marcellin Champagnat, the founder of the Marist Order. We are seeking a College Registrar & Community Engagement Officer to join our team.   

The College Registrar & Community Engagement Officer will play a crucial role in managing enrolments and fostering community relationships, aligning with the College’s mission, inspiring Strong Minds and Compassionate Hearts, to create a positive, inclusive environment that supports the growth and development of our students.

The role will be responsible for liaising with parents to provide effective and efficient completion of tasks associated with the enrolment and admission of new students to the College as well as nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders, local organisations, and community leaders.

Experience with Registrar & Enrolments function preferred and familiarity of the BCEO system preferred, but not necessary.


To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
