About the Role

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the school, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. Reporting to the Principal or their delegate, you will work collaboratively with staff to support the school's daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning and sanitising classrooms, offices, toilet facilities, and shared spaces.
  • Maintaining outdoor areas, including sweeping, hosing, and rubbish disposal.
  • Performing floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, and polishing.
  • Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained for daily use.
  • Reporting safety, security, or maintenance concerns to the Principal or Business Manager.
