About the Role
The Classroom Teacher, you will inspire and guide students through dynamic learning experiences, using creative strategies and resources that align with the curriculum. You'll foster growth through thoughtful assessment and meaningful feedback, ensuring each student’s progress is well-documented. Working closely with colleagues and families, you’ll create a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Committed to professional excellence, you’ll stay current through ongoing development, ensuring your teaching practices remain engaging, effective, and fully accredited.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
- Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.

- A thorough knowledge of the Australian Curriculum with the ability to organise, select and design content for effective teaching and learning.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- The capacity to be a proactive member of a professional learning community complying with the legal, administrative, and professional requirements.
- Classroom practices and organisational skills that create supportive and safe environments for all students, including meeting a variety of learning needs.
- A comprehensive understanding of assessment and reporting strategies and the need to provide effective and timely feedback to parents and students.
