About the Role
Join our team at St Joseph’s Catholic School, Gilgandra as a Classroom Teacher. You'll collaborate to develop and implement curriculum programs, fostering a nurturing learning environment for students. Key responsibilities include:

Teaching competencies

- Excellent communication and organisational skills, punctuality and adaptability
- Willingness to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school including coaching sporting teams, and attending school camps and retreats as required
- The ability to develop positive relationships in the classroom based on mutual respect, patience and understanding
- Characteristics that provide a positive role model to students at the school both in their professional and personal life
- Capacity to create safe and supportive learning environments for students
- Effective management of student discipline and related matters
