About Us  

Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.  

About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled Child Protection & Emergency Management Officer to support schools in managing child protection matters, including cases involving CYPS or DCJ. In this role, you will oversee reporting obligations for Restrictive Practices in ACT schools and ensure compliance with Emergency Management requirements, including training adherence. Key responsibilities include liaising with government agencies and external providers, engaging with schools and families, and delivering professional development aligned with legislation, Catholic Education policies, and best practices.
