About Operational Services:
Operational services play an important role supporting school efficiency; maintaining specified facilities, grounds and services within the school environment; areas include canteen, cleaning, grounds and maintenance.
Casual employees are approved to work nominate their schools of preference and availability through our simple to use Casual Relief System (CRS). Casual employees may be called upon, on an as-needed basis by Catholic Schools within the Archdiocese of Canberra Goulburn. Casual work can vary from between two hours to several weeks at a single school, college, or early learning centre.

- Qualified trades; and
- Suitably experienced non-trade accredited applicants (minimum 2 years experience)

Suitable applicants will demonstrate:
- A commitment to the goals of Catholic education and a readiness to foster the aims and vision in the wider school community;
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with colleagues and students;
- Ability to apply knowledge experience and training to assist with planning, organising and achieving outcomes within the relevant time constraints;
- Initiative and the ability to handle a number of tasks concurrently;
- Flexibility to adjust to changing situations.
