The Careers Adviser plays a vital role in empowering students to confidently navigate their journey beyond school. By facilitating and coordinating a diverse range of educational programs, they inspire students to explore, discover, and prepare for future careers aligned with their unique talents and aspirations. This mission requires collaboration with a broad network of stakeholders—teachers, parents, industry professionals, and community members—all working together to create meaningful opportunities that equip students for success. Through their commitment, the Careers Adviser helps bring the school’s vision to life, fostering a culture of growth, resilience, and purpose in every student they guide.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- Teaching Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
Selection Criteria
- Highly sophisticated written and verbal communication skills for a range of audiences.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of professional practice in education, relevant legislation, initiatives, and current research in education.
- Demonstrated knowledge and effective application of contemporary transition and career pathways.
- The ability to form collaborative partnerships, relationships with staff, students, families, and College partners.
