We have an amazing opportunity for a Campus Office Administration Officer / First Aid Officer to join Penola Catholic College and work in a fantastic environment.
As the Campus Office Administration Officer / First Aid Officer you will be busy with day-to-day administration duties involving many interactions with students, parents and teachers. The Administration Officer needs to be flexible, as some attendance is required at events that may be outside normal working hours of the role. The Administration Officer is responsible for all first aid requirements of the campus, including staff and students.
This is a 12 month fixed term full time position working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:06pm which attracts seven weeks of annual leave (to be taken during the school holidays) and will commence on 28 January 2025 or by negotiation.
About You
To be successful you will possess a First Aid Level 2 qualification (or be willing to obtain), have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will enjoy being busy and confidently be able to multi task and prioritise. The ability to be highly organised, motivated, team orientated and demonstrate initiative is critical. Experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential. You must have a valid Working With Children Check.
You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.

Penola Catholic College is a co-educational college for students from years 7-12 with two campuses in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. College campuses are situated in Glenroy, which caters for years 7 and 8, and the senior campus in Broadmeadows that features years 9 to 12 and a total college enrolment of approximately 1,500 students.
