About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a range of corporate services, support educational management activities, and lead systemic change within the school community. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, financial, and human resources functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports and correspondence, and identifying solutions to challenges.
- Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring.
- Supporting the Principal with budget preparation and financial management, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Overseeing facilities and grounds maintenance, including contractor negotiations and resource sustainability initiatives.
- Building networks with other Business Managers, staff, and community representatives to ensure best practices in corporate services.
This role would suit a proactive and organised professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a dynamic school environment.
About You
