About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective administrative management of the school. Reporting to the Principal, you will provide corporate services and administrative support while working within well-defined guidelines to deliver solutions and achieve key outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and school records, while utilising systems such as OneSchool for efficient administration.
  • Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring.
  • Assisting the Principal with financial management, including budgeting, accounts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinating the management of school resources, assets, and facilities, including maintenance and minor works planning.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and foster a collaborative environment.
