About the Role

The Business Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the school's operations and leadership team. This position ensures the effective delivery of corporate services and supports the school community through strategic resource management and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, correspondence, and problem-solving complex issues.
  • Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting the Principal with budget preparation and financial management, including payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting.
  • Overseeing facilities and grounds maintenance, managing contractors, and ensuring resource sustainability.
  • Building networks with staff, community representatives, and other Business Managers to ensure best practices in corporate services.

This role would suit a proactive and empathetic professional with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive school environment.
