Your opportunity:
- They will work actively as a member of the school Leadership Team, leading by example and driving our school culture and expectations.
- There will be times of the day that they will work alongside our Administration Team in a front office capacity.
- They will work alongside their teams by setting up staff for success and building capability and capacity in teams across the school.
The successful applicant will have experience leading non-teaching teams and have capabilities in:
- Human Resource Management including line management of school support staff
- Facilities and Infrastructure Management
- Workplace Health and Safety Management
- Finance Management
- Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities within the Business Manager role, including Strategic Leadership
- Well developed interpersonal skills
