What You'll Do
As the Business Manager, you will:
- Rebuild and optimise the Business Manager function with a focus on HR and finance to support strategic and operational success.
- Oversee corporate and executive services, ensuring quality outcomes, compliance, prioritisation, and timely delivery.
- Provide high-level professional, advisory, and executive support to the Executive Director.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that drive a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and strengthen corporate service functions.
