About the Role
The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the principal and school leadership team by managing corporate services, enhancing school support staff capabilities, and ensuring the effective delivery of operational processes and systems at NICS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advice and managing the development and delivery of corporate services in line with departmental policies.
- Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary support staff team, including workforce planning, recruitment, and professional development.
- Overseeing financial processes, including budget preparation, performance reporting, and compliance with legislation and policy.
- Managing school facilities, resources, and maintenance projects, including liaising with external contractors and stakeholders.
- Fostering a positive team culture, promoting collaboration, and driving process improvement to achieve strategic objectives.
