About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic advice and managing the delivery of corporate services to support the school's operations. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will lead a multidisciplinary support staff team, oversee financial management, and ensure the effective use of resources to achieve the school's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advice and managing the development of corporate services in line with departmental policies.
- Leading and managing a diverse team of support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Overseeing financial processes, including budgeting, performance reporting, and compliance with regulations.
- Managing school facilities, resources, and maintenance projects to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster a positive team culture and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
