About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the school's leadership team, working closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership to ensure the effective management of financial, operational, and infrastructure services that support high-quality teaching and learning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advice and managing the delivery of corporate services in line with departmental policies.
- Leading and supervising a multidisciplinary support staff workforce, fostering professional growth and excellence.
- Overseeing financial management, including budget preparation, performance reporting, and compliance with legislation.
- Managing school facilities, resources, and maintenance projects to support the school's strategic direction.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and service delivery excellence.
