About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will provide strategic advice and oversee the delivery of corporate services to support the school's operations. Reporting to the Principal, you will lead a multidisciplinary support staff team, manage financial processes, and ensure the effective use of resources to achieve the school's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic advice and managing the delivery of corporate services in line with departmental policies.
  • Leading and inspiring a diverse support staff team, including workforce planning and professional development.
  • Managing financial processes, including budgeting, performance reporting, and compliance with policies.
  • Overseeing the management and maintenance of school facilities and resources.
  • Fostering a positive team culture and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support school operations.
