About The Role:

Graceville State School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and collaborative AO4 Business Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about supporting student outcomes through effective business and operational management.

As the Business Manager, you will work closely with the Principal and school leadership team to oversee the school's financial, human resource and administrative operations. You will lead a dedicated administration team, manage school budgets and resources, ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures, and contribute to the strategic direction of the school.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills, has a commitment to building positive relationships, and thrives in a dynamic school environment. Experience in financial management, workforce planning and school administration within the Department of Education is highly regarded.
