About the Role:
As the Business Manager you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing corporate services and administrative support to the Principal. The Business Manager reports to the Principal or nominated delegate.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Manage daily school office operations autonomously, including administration, correspondence, record-keeping, and effective use of systems (e.g. OneSchool) to support reporting and processes.
- Lead and supervise school support staff, including workload allocation, performance monitoring, workforce planning, and recruitment, induction, and training.
- Oversee staffing administration processes such as timesheets, leave, rosters, and relief arrangements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support financial and resource management by assisting with budgeting, administering day-to-day finances, and coordinating the maintenance of school assets, facilities, and technology.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and ensure corporate services align with policy, compliance, and legislative requirements.
