Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Provide strategic advice and support to the Principal and school leadership team
- Lead and manage administrative and corporate service functions across the school
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting processes
- Manage human resource functions for school support staff, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and professional development
- Coordinate facilities and asset management, including minor works and maintenance projects
- Implement efficient business processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders and community partners
- Lead organisational change and support high-quality service delivery across the school
About You
We are seeking a professional who demonstrates:
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Financial and resource management expertise
- Strategic thinking and sound decision-making skill
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery
- Experience in business, financial, human resource or corporate services management (desirable)
