About the Role

The Business Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the effective and efficient administrative management of the school, working closely with the Principal to provide corporate services and administrative support. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the success of a vibrant school community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day office procedures, including reception, correspondence, and school records, while utilising information systems like OneSchool for efficient administration.
  • Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance monitoring in collaboration with the Principal.
  • Assisting with budget preparation, financial management, and overseeing accounts, reconciliations, and payroll processes.
  • Coordinating the management and maintenance of school resources, assets, and facilities, including organising repairs and minor works.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering cooperation and compliance with school policies and procedures.
