Positions Available: Level 2/3 Practitioners & Room Leads

Are you passionate about early years education and looking for a new opportunity in Bradford? We are seeking experienced nursery practitioners to join our team, with a range of roles available from Level 2/3 Practitioners to Room Leads. If you have a strong background in childcare, a passion for supporting children's development, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, supporting their growth and development.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, stimulating, and inclusive for all children.
  • Room Leads: Lead and manage a room, guiding staff and ensuring high standards of care and learning.

    • Requirements:

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (for Practitioner roles).
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is essential.
  • A genuine passion for children's education and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Room Leads: Previous leadership experience in a nursery setting is preferred.
