Veritas Education is working with a well‑established secondary school in Hammersmith who are seeking a confident, supportive and motivated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience within education, youth work, coaching or a related field.
The Role
Supporting students across KS3 & KS4 in a range of subjectsProviding 1:1 and small‑group support to help pupils stay engaged and make progressAssisting with classroom routines, behaviour and lesson preparationBuilding positive relationships with young people and acting as a reliable role modelWorking closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support learning and wellbeingSupport the set up and running of a new literacy programmeWhat the School Is Looking For
Someone confident, patient and proactive with young peopleAbility to build rapport and communicate wellInterest in education, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or similarReliability, resilience and a strong team ethicPrevious experience with young people is beneficial but not essentialWhat We Can Offer
