  • Veritas Education are seeking Behaviour Support Assistants to work across mainstream and SEN/SEMH schools in Middlesbrough.

    These roles are ideal for anyone passionate about supporting neurodivergent young people or those who have experience working with children affected by trauma or emotional/behavioural needs.

  • Psychology / Criminology / Education graduates

  • 1:1 or small‑group behaviour support
  • Supporting emotional regulation & de‑escalation

  • Supporting pastoral and SEN teams in school
  • Requirements

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
  • Experience with SEN, SEMH, neurodivergent children, or trauma‑informed practice
