Behaviour Mentor - SEMH School - Wandsworth - ASAP Start
Are you a resilient and passionate Behaviour Mentor looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people?
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive SEMH school based in Wandsworth for an ASAP start.
Role Overview
Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Providing 1:1 behavioural support and small group interventions
Implementing behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
Working closely with teaching staff and the pastoral team
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Requirements
Essential: Previous behaviour management experience (school, PRU, youth work, care, or similar)
Desirable: Experience working 1:1 with students
Calm, patient, and consistent approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a supportive manner
What's on Offer
Day rate: £105 - £120 (depending on experience)
