Barista / Café Assistant - St Thomas More College, SUNNYBANK

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable person to join our school community.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Café Manager, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the St Thomas More College Café.

Duties include:

  • Serving food and making coffee, tea and other beverages,
  • Cleaning of service & storage area,
  • Ensuring a high level of food hygiene is always practiced,
  • Applying a high standard of safety with all appliances,
  • Assisting with stock supply and ordering.
  • The successful applicant will:
  • Have a minimum of one year's experience as a Barista.
  • Have excellent communication & teamwork skills.
  • Have or willing to complete the Food Safety Certificate online course.
  • Enjoy working in a busy environment.


Further training is available. Ideally this position would suit a university student.
