What the Role Involves

  • Working as part of a bank‑staff team, supporting local nurseries with daily cover

  • Providing high‑quality care and engaging learning experiences for children aged 0-5

  • Adapting to different settings, routines, and teams

  • Bringing energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to every placement

  • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • A flexible, proactive, and friendly approach

  • Confidence working in different nursery environments

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
