With a proud 160 years of educating Ipswich women in the Mercy tradition, St Mary's College continues to grow in both enrolments and innovative practices. We are seeking a school leader with a deep knowledge of the learning and developmental needs of young women, strong interpersonal skills and drive to proactively engage students in learning and with the broader community.

BCE is a learning community of over 145 schools. We aim to provide quality teaching and learning outcomes for Prep to Year 12 students.

Estimated Start Date: Commencing January 2025
Initial Contract Period: Initial 5 year contract phase with a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance in the role
Salary and Range: $145,401 - $152,544 per annum plus Super
Campus: Secondary College | 735 enrolments
