About the Role 

As an Assistant Principal - Teaching and Learning, you will have the opportunity to join our collaborative leadership team, working closely with the Principal to drive strategic initiatives and foster an effective learning environment for all students. You will play a key role in shaping and implementing school goals and overseeing day-to-day operations by using data-informed decision-making to boost student achievement and well-being. As an Assistant Principal, you will be committed to monitoring progress, adapting strategies and promoting professional growth with staff and students, to ensure continuous improvement and a positive school culture.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.
  • Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Religious Education or Theological Studies or the willingness to undertake.
  • Academic qualifications in addition to Initial Teacher Education (Master’s Degree or five-year equivalent).
