About our school

St Josephs Catholic Primary School Kangaroo Point was founded by St Mary of the Cross MacKillop in 1870. In 1880 the Sisters of Mercy took over the leadership of the school. It is one of the oldest Primary schools in the Brisbane Catholic Education system. It is now a thriving, cosmopolitan, contemporary, inner-city school, set in lush surroundings servicing the Parish of Kangaroo Point / East Brisbane. Estimated Start Date: Commencing January 2025
Initial Contract Period: Initial 5 year contract phase with a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance in the role
Salary and Range: $145,401 - $152,544 per annum plus Super
Campus: Primary School | 302 enrolments
