Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) invites applications for this School Senior Leadership position with the capability to support the Principal in:
- building the religious life of the school and a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community;
- growing the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school; and
- building a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
As an influential member of the school leadership team, you will support the direction and effective leadership of the St Joseph’s School community ensuring that students and staff receive quality formation and education in accordance with Catholic faith and Christian principles. Alongside traditional duties as the APRE (2.5 days release /week), you will be released to manage school risk and compliance activities (1 day/week) and lead learning enhancement for staff (1.5 days/week).

St Joseph's School is a Catholic co-educational primary school, with an enrolment of 410 students. Founded in 1938 by the Franciscan Sisters, our school permeates the values of ‘Humility, Care, Respect’ as our motto is lived authentically. Initial Contract Period: Initial 5 year contract phase with a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance in the role
Salary and Range: $145,401 - $152,544 per annum plus Super
