Position Information
Lakelands Public School serves the community of Dapto, with an enrolment of approximately 370 students, including 11% Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students. The school comprises 15 mainstream classes, providing inclusive and responsive learning pathways for all students.

Demonstrated ability to foster authentic connections and collaborative partnerships with students, staff, parents and the wider community to enhance learning and wellbeing initiatives across the school.
Demonstrated capacity for high-level educational leadership with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and build the capacity of K–2 staff.
A demonstrated capacity to balance the dual roles of exemplary classroom teacher with the complex responsibilities of a leadership role as part of a dynamic leadership team
Conditions
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
