Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE) invites applications for this School Senior Leadership position with the capability to support the Principal in:
- building the religious life of the school and a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community;
- growing the engagement, progress, achievement and wellbeing of each student in the school; and
- building a sustainable school community, ensuring stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability and compliance.
With authenticity and and energy you will:
- Coordinate the ECT Program, New Student & Staff Induction & Onboarding sessions & Professional Development
- Organise Staff & Student Excellence Celebrations, Student Leadership and Formation, Staff Handbook and Student Planner Development and Maintenance • Mentoring, Coaching and Staff Leadership Formation Program
- Manage Catholic Primary School Connection, Line Management of Key Staff and other duties as required by the Principal.

Initial Contract Period: Initial 5 year contract phase with a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance in the role
Salary and Range: $145,401 - $152,544 per annum plus Super
Campus: Secondary College | 928 enrolments
