We are seeking a qualified Art Teacher with QTS and proven experience in UK schools to join our vibrant and creative team at a school in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Details:
Start Date: After February Half Term
Contract Type: Part-time (3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday)
Duration: Initially until the end of the academic year (potential to extend further)
Location: Lewisham, London
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality art lessons to students across various year groups.
Develop engaging and innovative lesson plans that inspire creativity and encourage artistic exploration.
Manage classroom behavior and provide a positive learning environment.
Support and guide students in their personal artistic development and skills.
Contribute to the overall development of the school's arts curriculum.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience teaching Art in UK secondary schools.
A passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team.
