Job Advert: Art Teacher (QTS) - 3 Days/Week (Wed-Fri) Starting: After February Half Term Location: Lewisham, London

We are seeking a qualified Art Teacher with QTS and proven experience in UK schools to join our vibrant and creative team at a school in Lewisham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: After February Half Term

  • Contract Type: Part-time (3 days per week - Wednesday to Friday)

  • Duration: Initially until the end of the academic year (potential to extend further)

  • Location: Lewisham, London

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality art lessons to students across various year groups.

  • Develop engaging and innovative lesson plans that inspire creativity and encourage artistic exploration.

  • Manage classroom behavior and provide a positive learning environment.

  • Support and guide students in their personal artistic development and skills.

  • Contribute to the overall development of the school's arts curriculum.

    • What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

  • Experience teaching Art in UK secondary schools.

  • A passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students.

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team.
