As a Application Support Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and triage team's queue
- Supporting our SharePoint Online clients
- Writing up and executing changes for SharePoint (Online and on-premises)
- Work closely and communicate with technical teams and non-technical teams
- Assist management team with the delivery of any future web hosting platform
- Undertake specific and ad hoc activities as allocated by the management team
About You:
To excel in this role, it would be highly desirable to possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience with a team IT job ticketing system and triaging client requests; experience with ServiceNow a plus
- Experience in SharePoint Online or on-premises a plus
- Experience with other Microsoft products a plus (Power BI, PowerShell, Teams)
- Good understanding of change management processes
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and adapt
- Contribute to creating a workplace that embraces diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
