About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Provide routine administrative and support services as directed by the Principal or Business Manager, including managing daily office operations.
  • Deliver front office and communication support by handling reception duties, enquiries, correspondence, appointments, and maintaining school records.
  • Assist with staff administration tasks such as timesheets, leave processing, rosters, and coordinating relief staff as required.
  • Manage financial processes including payments, receipting, banking, invoice reconciliation, and maintaining financial data systems.
  • Support school operations and stakeholder engagement through preparing documents and reports, coordinating maintenance and facility use, and communicating effectively with staff, students, and the wider community.
