About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up of events such as SET Planning & Information Evenings;
  • Maintain appointment scheduling and data for SET Plans, Work experience and Senior Exit interviews;
  • Maintain student qualification records;
  • Assist with creating & maintaining student USI information;
  • Promote senior schooling events;
  • Other duties as directed by the HOD and Principal.

About You

The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and time management skills with experience in the areas of administration such as scheduling, excel and data entry. OneSchool knowledge desirable but not essential. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication;
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • High level customer service;
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
