About the Role:

This position is based in the main office and provides front-line administrative support to the school community.

The role focuses on managing daily enquiries and supporting enrolment and student administration processes, while assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the school.

The Administrative Officer plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring accurate, timely communication with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform routine administrative and support services with a level of autonomy, under the direction of the Principal or Business Manager, including prioritising daily tasks within established procedures.
  • Provide front-line administrative support, including reception duties, responding to enquiries in person, by phone and email, correspondence, records management, and mail processing.
  • Coordinate student enrolments, admissions and movements, including maintaining accurate student records and supporting families through enrolment processes.
  • Liaise with school leadership, report safety/security issues, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.
