About the Role

Wondall Heights State School are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer (AAEP) who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and with a positive outlook to join our administration team.
As an administrative officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school by providing relevant and timely service to the school community and administrative support to the principal and leadership team.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Student absences;
  • Customer service and general office duties;
  • Student support including administration of medicine and general first aid;
  • Accounts receivable - receipting and banking;
  • Other duties directed by the leadership team.

Skills, qualifications and experience required:

  • Knowledge of One School preferred;
  • Understanding of departmental and school policies and procedures;
  • Ability to work in a busy office environment;
  • Possess efficient organisational skills and ability to multi task;
  • Current first aid certificate.
