About the Role
This position is based in the main office and provides front-line administrative support to the school community. The role focuses on managing daily enquiries and supporting enrolment and student administration processes, while assisting with the smooth day-to-day operations of the school. The Administrative Officer plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring accurate, timely communication with students, families, and staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine administrative and support services with autonomy, under the direction of the Principal or Business Manager.
- Providing front-line administrative support, including reception duties, responding to enquiries, correspondence, and records management.
- Coordinating student enrolments, admissions, and movements, while maintaining accurate student records.
- Assisting with financial matters, including processing payments, reconciling invoices, and managing school hire schemes.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing information and advice in line with school policies.
This role would suit someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
