About the Role

The key responsibilities of the role, include:

  • Responding to telephone, email and counter enquiries
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing the school newsletter and other correspondence
  • Processing financial payments, receipting and banking
  • Maintaining school records in line with school and departmental policies and procedures

About You

The ideal applicant will have the following key attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Independence in managing work tasks to agreed timeframes
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Flexibility and responsiveness in prioritising work tasks
