About Corymbia State School

A Brand new State School is currently in construction ready to open our doors at the commencement of the 2025 school year. Corymbia State School is situated in Park Ridge, Logan and will have an expected 1st year enrolment of approximately 648 students. We are a unique school with a Kindy-Yr6 campus and will also include a long day care centre and a FamilyLinQ Hub.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced EQ Administration Officer with excellent knowledge of attendance processes, digital skills (One School, e-publisher, and consent manager) and high levels of professionalism to join our office team. This position works alongside our Administration Team to contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of the school, as well as support the development of the school's brand and identity.

The successful candidate will need to have exceptional relational skills, be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture and have the capability to support the other team members to meet targets, goals and outcomes each day.

The position will be multifaceted, working across areas including but not limited to: Student Services, Client Services, Attendance management and accounts receivable. Experience with One School, Consent Manager, and Agresso Accounts receivable are highly desirable.

To be successful in this role, you should display the following:

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • excellent organisational skills;
  • high-level customer service;
  • ability to work independently;
  • comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance and also ability to manage high pressure environments;
  • provide ad-hoc administrative duties;
  • assist with the financial and administrative operations of the office, including skilled use of Microsoft Office applications, OneSchool, OnePortal, SharePoint and Passtab;
  • knowledge OneSchool (student, finance - Account Receivable);
  • knowledge of OneSchool enrolment process;
  • familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • provide a comprehensive range of administrative support service.
