FisherONE is the online learning environment for Brisbane Catholic Education operating in alignment with St John Fisher College. It is designed to meet the needs of Year 11 and Year 12 students who have difficulty accessing specific subjects at their current school and are seeking an online learning option that is delivered with the care, understanding, and connection in a Catholic community.

We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Admin Support Co-Ordinator. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values collaboration, creativity, and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Comprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Canva/Adobe Systems.
  • Experience in enrolments, marketing, administration, or financial administration.
  • A positive, service-focused mindset with a genuine desire to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
  • A proven ability to support teams in achieving organisational goals.
