Position: Permanent Full-Time School Officer (Term Time)

Join Our Office Administration Team!

Are you passionate about learning and teaching? Do you have experience as a school office administrator? We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of School Officer, working full-time during school terms, with optional additional weeks approved by the College Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing student inquiries at the reception.

  • Handling absentee reporting.

  • Checking roles.

  • Performing general school office administration duties.

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Middle Leadership Team.

  • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks.

  • Undertaking any other tasks as requested by the College Leadership Team, in line with your skills and abilities.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
