About the Role:
This role has a strong focus on accounts receivable, including processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, managing payment plans, and following up outstanding fees in a timely and professional manner. Secondary responsibilities include front office reception duties and general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school office in line with departmental requirements.

- End of Day Reconciliation
- Student Invoicing
- Excursion financials
- Refunds & Credits
- Aged Debt Management
- Student permission forms - receiving and payment
- This position also supports the front office reception
