About the Role:

Responsibilites include:

  • Maintainence of the active timetable including development and maintenance of the Playground Duty Roster.
  • Managing daily supervisions in OneSchool to cover absent staff.
  • Source and engage contracts to cover staff leave.
  • Support the timetabling Deputy Principal with maintenance of the active timetable as well as administration tasks relating to the development of future timetables.

Essential skills inlcude proficient use of Excel and an ability to learn new platforms including OneSchool and Compass. The successful candidate will be an independent worker who is able to solve problems quickly and logically in a fast-paced environment.
