About the Role 

As an Administration Officer in Student Services, you will be a key support role within the College, helping to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. In this position, you’ll manage attendance records, handle a variety of administrative tasks, and act as the first point of contact for students, staff, and families, offering a friendly and professional welcome. You will play a vital role in answering queries, providing information, and ensuring all records are accurate. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you assist with communication, manage correspondence, and support the clerical needs of the College community. This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will directly contribute to creating a positive, supportive environment for students, staff, and families alike.

Qualifications  

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
