Notre Dame College is a new Brisbane Catholic Education College on the Sunshine Coast, proposed to open in 2025.

The College will provide a high-quality Catholic education for families in the Aura and Caloundra community for Prep to Year 12. Located in Aura Stockland, Bells Creek, the College will be co-educational and is master planned for 1,836 students when all stages of development are completed. The College is within the Our Lady of the Rosary Parish, Caloundra and the College’s spirituality will be enlivened through the Marist charism.

Notre Dame College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Officer - Student Services to join our dynamic College Administration team. This role is integral to supporting the needs of our students and families within our rapidly growing community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the College Administration team.
  • Assist in the daily operations and activities of student services.
  • Engage with students and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • A strong commitment to the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
  • Proficiency in a wide range of administrative skills, including extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with E Minerva and Parent Slips is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a school administration role is highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Positive Notice to Work with Children (Blue Card).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
